Q: Where do you deliver?
A: To maintain the quality of our product,we currently deliver throughout Melbourne metro area, directly from our shops in Clayton & Noble Park.
If you would like to send flowers interstate or overseas we would be happy to assist you through our membership with network florists. Please call us on (03) 9540 3657

 

 

Q: What is your deadline for placing my order for same day delivery?
A: Orders placed before 2pm can be delivered same day. Contact our shops if you have a urgent local delivery after 2pm.

 

Whilst we endeavor to do our very best to deliver orders in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to factors beyond our control. Please call us if you would like an update on a likely time of arrival for your order, and we will be more than happy to assist.

 

 

Q: Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
A: Yes, we deliver on the weekend or public holidays. However, there might be delivery restrictions.

 

We advise that you confirm any queries for delivery on such days by calling our store on (03) 9540 3657 or contact us via email.

 

Q:What method of payment is available?
A: There are a few options for payment.

1- Online  purchase can be paid via PAYPAL (Mastercard or Visa)

2- Coporate Account customers can Checkout via Cheque / Money Order Instructions option (Than you will be invoiced at the end of month)

Note: If this payment option is ideal for you, call us to be setup.

3- If you dont prefer to pay with your crdit card over the website, you can checkout via Cheque / Money Order Instructions option and than call us and provide your card details over the phone.

4- Browse and choose the product that you like and we can take all your order details including payment over the phone.

 

Q: How can I setup an account?
A: Upon you first purchase you will be asked to provide your email address and a Password, this will automatically set your account up and any other future purchases your contact details will be rembered upon loging in.

Q: Can I only purchase add on products (soft toys, loose ballons, choclotate)?

A: Unfortunately you can not only purchase add on products. They can only be purchased when ordering flowers.

Replacements & Refunds

If your order cannot be delivered for any particular reason, we will contact you and arrange alternative arrangements. Replacements & Refunds will be dealt on an individual basis. For any concerns or inquiries regarding your order, please contact us on (03) 9543 2464.

Substitutions

Whilst we take every care to ensure that your order is as similar as possible to the requested item, substitutions may be necessary from time to time due to seasonal or availability factors. We will notify you if a standout flower is not available.

GST (Goods & Service Tax) / Currencies

Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of GST.
